To better support its business growth, the company sought to upgrade its communications systems and implement a reliable networking solution that would allow it to network remote offices, support mobile communication applications as well as enhance collaboration for its partners and employees across the globe while minimising costs and complexity of its communications infrastructure.
The IP network designed and implemented by Datacraft will provide the company with a seamless platform to integrate voice, video and data communications as well as analogue devices such as fax machines. The company is extending its IP network with new multi service applications, such as an advanced IP telephony solution, videoconferencing, voice gateways and unified messaging.

More than 450 units of IP phones will be connected to the network via a PSTN voice gateway. Its Gurgaon facility will be the first in India to deploy Cisco's advanced 4924 switches for broadband aggregation, while a phone gateway integrates the new IP telephony solution with existing analogue devices such as the fax machines and modems.
